Polaris Slingshot SS Style Suspension Seats with Online Seat Designer / Builder
Introducing the very stylish PRP SS Style Suspension Seats for the Polaris Slingshot. The 1st generation PRP suspension seats we offer have been a very popular modification for Slingshot owners. The new SS Style Suspension seats add a race inspired look with a removable butt cushion. The butt cushion adheres with two velcro strips and can be tucked in your foot well on those hot summer days to prevent you from burning your cheeks on the seats. Both the butt cushions and the back cushions are made with mold and mildew resistant memory foam to give you a level of comfort that is second to none.

Use our online builder to choose from thousands of possible color combinations to match your Slingshot paint job or color scheme. All of the vinyl fabric options are marine vinyl and are also mold and mildew resistant. Please note this is just a useful tool, and depending on monitors, colors can vary.

Benefits of choosing PRP Seats over the competition:

  • Marine Grade Vinyl Options will resist fading in the sun and stand up to harsh weather
  • Marine Grade Multi-Density Memory Foam maximizes comfort while driving
  • Vinyl Coated Nylon Suspension Liner with Tear Resistant Mesh allows debris to pass through
  • Powder Coated Steel Frame is strong and rust resistant
  • Suspension Seat - You're suspended in place with 700lb parachute cord wrapped around the steel frame
  • Simple installation utilizes the factory seat bolts and the factory seat frame for on OE style installation (Video Below)

Nice seats, but needs better instructions
I ordered seats with heaters and lumbar support. It came without so I had to haul them off to FedEx to get the heaters and lumbar supports added. Now after struggling with the seat installation, as everyone else has, there's no instructions for the heaters. Since they are like most aftermarket heaters, they will be installed eventually but some tips, and suggested locations for the switches, maybe a link to the accessory fusebox (if you don't already have one), etc. would have been nice. They are comfortable and look great. Overall, I'm happy with the price and the seats.

Very Nice but install a PAIN
The seats in all are awesome and comfortable. They set you up an inch+ higher. Now for the install. Getting them out and in sling easy. I put them back in fully assembled. The passenger back corner I used a 15mm and swivel, easy. Pre tap the holes with a bolt and I would use a different bolt with the same threads and not your OEM bolts. Another option would use a copper bore brush like for cleaning gun barrel to run through the holes in seats to get any shards left by production. it was a pain in the butt for sure. I see why they didn't show this on the video. For the money they should be better on install. The bottom cushions, after getting one side of bolts in, were a pain cause you have to literally set on other side to get opposite side close enough to get the bolt in. This could be a hour or 2 install but took me 4 hrs, anxiety and curse words. I do like them though

Pain in the Ass!
Seats look great, however pain in the ass to install. 3 of the 8 Bolt holes were all stripped out and had to retap them all. Bottom sides of the seats can be higher.

Beautiful and pain in the ass at the same time
The seats finally came in. They are definitely pretty. But the installation is a pain. I had to have a mechanic friend of mine help me with the back left bolt on the passenger side, which is very hard to get to. But all said and done they turned out beautiful. I am 74 and 6'6" and weigh in about 280. Getting in has never been the problem but getting out has been. just getting that left foot on the ground has been troublesome to say the least. it appears that you do sit higher making the exit much easier

Love them
Much more comfortable than the OEM seats. They look great too. One thing I didn't expect is they seem to give me a few more inches of leg room. I'm a tall guy and that made a lot of difference.
