Let's face it... Can-Am knocked it out of the park with the Ryker. It's stylish and affordable and it's really fun to ride... but for those of you that ride your Ryker long distances, you know that the seating position can get a bit uncomfortable after a few mile markers. You're kind of hunched over with your back arched while riding which looks cool but can cause some cramping in the lower back after long rides and even agitate the sciatic nerve. To address this issue, we've partnered up with SpyderExtras to bring you guys a padded adjustable Driver Backrest that is compatible with both the factory BRP passenger seat, as well as our 3-piece luggage system. Now let me say that we've tested over half a dozen driver backrests for various 3-wheelers throughout the years and this backrest by far provides the most support of any driver backrest we've personally tested so far. It offers vertical adjustments as well as pitch to fine-tune the backrest position where you want it, providing extremely adequate support for both the lower and mid back. Once installed you'll still have ample leg room for your passenger and the backrest tilts forward to allow your passenger to throw a leg over when mounting and dismounting the bike. The backrest comes with all stainless steel hardware and all brackets needed for a straightforward installation.
