One of the issues we've noticed with the 2020+ Can-Am Spyder RT is that belt vibration occurs when the Spyder drivetrain is under load. Some examples of when belt vibration may occur are when you're riding with a passenger, climbing a steep incline or pulling a trailer. The Spyder Extras Billet Aluminum Belt Tensioner drastically reduces belt vibration by applying smooth spring loaded tension to the drive belt. This 2020+ RT & RT Limited tensioner is 2" longer than the factory plastic Can-Am idler for superior damping. This tensioner also features Dual Sealed Duty Roller Bearings and an Oilite Bronze Bushing at the pivot point for smooth, non binding operation. All mounting hardware is included for a straight forward installation.
