Can-Am Spyder Front Fender Sequential LED Turn Signals & Running Lights by TricLED
One of the most popular Can-Am Spyder lighting upgrades was the first generation SpyderFenderz. The first generation kit converted your boring OE reflectors to led reflectors that featured built in turn signal functionality. That product was introduced back in 2014 and while its had a solid run.. we're all about stepping up the game! So we've partnered up with our friends over TricLED to bring you guys this Gen 2 SpyderFenderz Kit! This kit features DOT Style reflectors, so that when your ignition is off.. your beloved Spyder can be seen at night when parked in unlit areas.
Once the ignition is turned on, you'll immediately notice the bright LED illumination of both the amber and red running lights. These lights are much brighter LED's then the Generation 1 kit and are closer together to give a more modern look, but our favorite thing about the new SpyderFenderz kit is that they now feature "sequential" led turn signal functionality versus just a standard blinker. This sequential style LED not only looks stunning.. but drastically increases your visibility when out on the open road during the day or night.
If you already have the Gen 1 kit from TricLED and would like to upgrade to the Gen 2 kit, you'd simply replace the old led's with the new ones. All of the wiring from the old kit can be re-used with the new kit for a quick and simple upgrade. If you're installing from scratch you'll enjoy the fact that the system is plug n play and utilizes OE style connectors for a straight forward installation. The only wires that are not plug and play are the wires used to integrate with the turn signal circuit. T-taps have been included for those.
