Polaris Slingshot Fiberglass Lower Rear Spoiler by Metricks
Metricks has introduced a very nice looking rear lower spoiler to dress up the bland rear end of the Polaris Slingshot. The installation is very straight forward and mounts utilizing existing bolt hole locations. They include all Stainless Steel hardware needed to properly secure the wing to the rear of the Slingshot. No drilling is needed for this installation. They chose to mount the rear spoiler with a triangulated bolt pattern allowing for maximum stability at high speeds. The spoiler is constructed of fiberglass and the top is painted to perfectly match your OE paint color.

Very expensive for what it is, one thin piece of fiberglass. It really shouldn’t be, at most, half the price it is.

Rear Lower spoiler Absolutely great product

Bad The gel coated/unpainted spoiler was received from Metricks with chips, cracks and dents on it. Metricks attempted to send a 2nd spoiler insuring it will be handpicked. Upon arrival the 2nd spoiler had the same type of defects. I expressed my frustration to the SlingMods rep and that the only way I would feel Metricks could make it right was for them to send me a painted one. A few days later I received a phone call from Metricks telling me that’s how the spoiler comes and that I should lower my expectations and have my painter fix it. I said that I won’t be paying extra to fix their mistakes and the product description on the website is misleading. Days later I get an email from SlingMods stating that Metricks will not meet my request. In disbelieve I called SlingMods in which they agreed, the spoilers sent were defective and there was nothing they could do on their end. Spoiler option was changed to “may require little bodywork.” From order to refund I lost 7.5 weeks. What a joke.
