The DDMWorks Cold Air Intake is designed specifically for the 3rd Generation 2025 Polaris Slingshot to improve airflow and deliver measurable performance gains. This intake system reroutes air delivery to prevent blockage caused by the new center headlight design. It draws in cool air directly from the front of the vehicle, allowing for a straighter and more efficient airflow path. The result is a dyno-proven gain of over 6 horsepower at the rear wheel, along with improved throttle response and engine efficiency. During development, extensive in-house testing showed that the factory rubber throttle tube outperformed aftermarket metal tubes in both airflow and temperature control. As a result, this design retains the OEM throttle tube for optimal performance. The air filter is housed in a powder-coated aluminum airbox, available in a variety of colors to complement your Slingshot. The system produces a deeper intake tone under acceleration while maintaining a quiet profile at cruise. Installation is straightforward, requires no cutting or modifications, and can be completed in approximately 30 minutes with basic tools. Each kit includes full-color, step-by-step instructions.
