It's made from high quality marine grade vinyl and is held in place with high strength 3m backing tape.

Installation is literally a 5 minute deal. Simply pop out your factory cup holders, clean the center console plastic with rubbing alcohol to prime for maximum adhesion, peel the 3m backing tape off the underside of the center console pad, stick the console in place & re-install your factory cup holders.
