Keyed Locking Gas Cap for the Can-Am Ryker (2019-20)

I received the locking gas cap in the mail, and it was smaller than I expected, but it fit my 2020 Ryker Rally perfectly. Installation was easy, and it looks good once installed.

The reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because, although it locks, I can still lift it up and remove it with just my fingernail without unlocking it. For me, it still works as a visual deterrent and may help keep someone from putting something into the gas tank, but I did pay for a locking cap and expected it to stay securely locked in place.

This is the first product I’ve had an issue with from SlingMods, and it’s only one problem out of many purchases. Overall, SlingMods has been very good to me. My orders arrive quickly, and one of the biggest benefits for me is being able to use my Amazon Store Card on their website.

Overall, it’s easy to install, looks like a secure locking cap, and works as a deterrent, but the locking mechanism needs improvement.
